Crystal Coast Nonprofit Network

Do you serve a local nonprofit organization? You’re invited to attend the Crystal Coast Nonprofit Network’s monthly roundtable discussions. Roundtables are open to staff, board members, and active volunteers of Crystal Coast nonprofit organizations. The roundtables are casual discussions meant to foster connections within the nonprofit community.

Roundtables meet twice a month from 9-10 am:

• CCNN Roundtable West: Every 1st Thursday, Girl Scouts office, Cape Carteret
• CCNN Roundtable East: Every 3rd Thursday, Chamber Office, Morehead City

 Chamber membership is not required to participate. 

The Crystal Coast Nonprofit Network, a Carteret County Chamber of Commerce program, is a collective of nonprofit professionals and volunteers committed to fostering collaboration, transparency, and mutual support across our organizations. Our shared purpose is to maximize our collective impact by:

• Sharing resources, knowledge, and tools that strengthen our individual and collective efforts.
• Coordinating initiatives to minimize duplication, fill service gaps, and ensure our work complements rather than competes.
• Building trusted relationships that allow us to advocate for one another, amplify each other’s missions, and respond more effectively to community needs.

By working together in a spirit of openness and cooperation, we aim to create a more efficient, equitable, and resilient nonprofit ecosystem.

The Crystal Coast Nonprofit Network hopes to bring the following resources and opportunities to Carteret County:

• An online resource that matches volunteers with local nonprofits based on interest, skillset, and shared values
• An annual expo or festival where people who want to volunteer in the community can meet various nonprofit organizations and explore volunteer roles through experiential opportunities, like “getting their hands dirty” right there on the spot!
