We’re excited to announce the development of our new and improved online business directory! It’s not live yet, but we want to give our members a chance to check out the new system and see how their profiles will be presented. • Improved user experience – A cleaner interface makes it easy for visitors to find what they need on your profile and click through to your website.
• Powerful ranked search capabilities – This expanded system delivers relevant search results to directory visitors by recognizing related words and ranking search results using keywords and phrases in your directory listing rather than just name, contact and category.
• Interactive map search – Visitors can search a local map by geographical location, category or keyword and click directly through to your profile. It also supports multiple locations.
• Expanded description section – Use your listing to its fullest by telling visitors all about your business or organization and the specific products and services you offer.
• Photo gallery – Listings include space for as many photos as you want to include, editable at any time.
• Improved search engine optimization – Every part of your directory listing will be indexed with search engines and regularly crawled for updates.
• Deals and discounts – Easily add, edit and remove promotions, coupons, sale notices, etc. from your listing.
• Backlinking – Links to your website from this new directory will help to build your website’s domain authority.
