Active duty military families with children are invited to spend an afternoon of fishing out at Oceanana Pier — each kid takes a fishing rod home!

Kids age 4-17 and 18-year-olds currently enrolled in high school are invited to participate in fishing, then take their fishing poles home. Younger kids are welcome to come cheer on their older siblings and “fish” with a kiddie rod. We’ll have bubbles to blow, snacks to enjoy, and plenty of beach to play on!

The Carteret Military Affairs Committee will provide drinks, snacks and bottled water for registrants, and Local Point Church will be giving out complimentary ice cream.
