Military Affairs Committee Shirt Order Form

Show off your support for our local military community: Order a Military Affairs Committee performance polo shirt to wear when volunteering at MAC events, appearing at Service Person of the Quarter awards, or just while out in the community acting as a MAC ambassador. 

The shirts are short sleeved, moisture-wicking Port Authority brand Micro-Mesh UV Protection Polo Shirts and will feature an embroidered MAC logo on the top left chest area. The sizing on the men’s shirt is true to size, but the women’s shirt runs a full size smaller than typical sizing.
